I’m a Surf Instructor
a Swim Coach
and a YOGABODY Teacher.
I’m very passionate about how the body moves and
especially how we can move more efficiently
so that we can do the things we love without worrying about injuries.
I found yoga when I was 22 years old and realised
that through regular practice and breath focus,
I had greater control over my mind and body.
Paddling into a wave easier,
swimming an extra mile in the pool,
staying calm in a stressful situation;
yoga made things easier.
